Pork trotters stewed with soybeans
Overview
Many people like pig trotters because they have outstanding beautifying effects. I have some exceptions. What I like more is the delicious taste of pig's trotters, the soft and waxy skin, and the chewy tendons. It is very tempting no matter how it is processed. The pig's trotters are stewed in a pressure cooker with soybeans. The pig's trotters are so soft that they have fallen off the bones. While the soybeans are soft, they fully absorb the meaty aroma of the pig's trotters. It is a pleasure to eat both the pig's trotters and the soybeans.
