Peel and wash the sweet potatoes and steam them in a steamer for 20 minutes until they can be easily pierced with chopsticks.

Take out the sweet potatoes and mash them into a puree with a rolling pin.

Add glutinous rice flour and sea buckthorn juice.

Knead into a smooth and even dough.

Divide the dough into small portions, roll them into rounds and flatten them out on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
