Overview

If you buy a cabbage and you can eat it for many meals, you have to make some changes. I happened to peel off a few shrimps when I was making shrimps with smooth eggs, so I took the fresh shrimp heads and shells and boiled some shrimp oil to stir-fry the Chinese cabbage. It was so delicious~

  1. 4-5 slices of cabbage, washed and cut into pieces

  2. Appropriate amount of onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, wash, peel and cut into pieces

  3. A small bowl of shrimp heads and shells

  4. Pour oil into the pot, put the shrimp shells and heads in, stir-fry over medium heat until the shrimp shells turn red and the shrimp heads become oily, then take out the shrimp heads and shells

  5. Add a few Sichuan peppercorns to the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili and saute until fragrant

  8. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, stir-fry evenly
