Hot and sour shrimp oil cabbage
Overview
If you buy a cabbage and you can eat it for many meals, you have to make some changes. I happened to peel off a few shrimps when I was making shrimps with smooth eggs, so I took the fresh shrimp heads and shells and boiled some shrimp oil to stir-fry the Chinese cabbage. It was so delicious~

4-5 slices of cabbage, washed and cut into pieces

Appropriate amount of onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, wash, peel and cut into pieces

A small bowl of shrimp heads and shells

Pour oil into the pot, put the shrimp shells and heads in, stir-fry over medium heat until the shrimp shells turn red and the shrimp heads become oily, then take out the shrimp heads and shells

Add a few Sichuan peppercorns to the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili and saute until fragrant

Pour in the cabbage gang

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, stir-fry evenly
