Stewed in tomato sauce
Overview
I've had a cold for the past two days, but it's strange. I can eat very well, and I really want to eat meat! Thinking of the sweet and sour braised pork makes my mouth water! So, take action! Since I didn’t want to make another vegetarian dish, I made a whole cup of stew! (Different from the Northeastern stew)

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, cut the pork, potatoes, garlic into cubes, soak the mushrooms and set aside;
-
Add oil to the pot, sauté the garlic, add the pork, and stir-fry gently over low heat;
-
When the lard explodes a lot, add the potato cubes and stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes;
-
Squeeze in Heinz tomato sauce (this will make it sweet and sour, and you can eat it in summer without feeling tired)
-
Pour in the mushrooms, stir-fry for a while, turn off the heat, and pour the entire pot of ingredients into a water-proof stew pot;
-
Squeeze in some more tomato paste, mix well, and simmer for 1 hour.
