Abalone porridge
Overview
Occasionally I pulled out an abalone from the freezer, but even one abalone was not enough to eat, so I decided to make porridge. It was just home-cooked porridge, which might not be as delicious or as beautiful as the one made by a professional chef.

Steps
-
I soaked the rice the day before before going to bed, cut an abalone into small pieces, and minced the shallots
-
Add water to a casserole (I used about three times the amount of water for the rice, but I feel like I added a little too little) to a boil, add the rice, bring to a boil, turn to low heat, and cook for 15 minutes
-
After cooking for about 15 minutes, add chopped green onion. I also added a small spoonful of abalone juice to avoid being fresh enough
-
Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat
