Soak fungus in warm water

Wash the spareribs and drain in cold water.

Pour the ribs into a dish, add one spoonful of salt, one spoonful of soy sauce, and three spoons of oil, mix well, and simmer for twenty minutes.

Remove the soaked fungus and clean it up.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the fungus and stir-fry for a few times, then add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until the fungus emits like a firecracker, then turn off the heat.

Pour the ribs into the pot, put the fungus into a plate, and place the ribs on top.

Pour appropriate amount of water into the steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and steam for 30 minutes.

Remove from the pan. ps: I forgot to put the ginger slices on the way, I added them later. (Ginger slices are best added when marinating the ribs.)
