Wash and cut several hairy crabs bought at Su Xie Pavilion into small pieces, blanch them, then add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, and rice wine to marinate them.

Heat the oil pan and when it is 60% hot, first put the crab shells into the oil pan, then pat the marinated hairy crab pieces with starch and put them into the oil pan, fry until golden brown and take them out.

Add the green onions and dried chili peppers to the pot and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the fried salt cubes and fried crab pieces. Stir-fry for a while and serve.
