Lazy pan-fried dumplings - rice cooker version

Overview

I cooked a plate of cucumber and ham for lunch on Saturday, but I still need a staple food, right? Therefore, my rice cooker was sent to the battlefield with honor. Living up to the trust, Comrade Rice Cooker completed the task gloriously... In other words, the rice cooker is really good. I don't have to guard it or worry about it sticking to the pot. The dumplings were fried for me while I was cooking. (*@ο@*)Wow~

Steps

  1. Clean the rice cooker, wipe it dry inside and out, and pour in a little corn oil, just enough to cover the entire bottom of the pot. You can pour a little oil into it, pick up the rice cooker and shake it, or you can use a kitchen towel to stick some oil on it and coat it all over the bottom of the pot.

  2. The quick-frozen dumplings do not need to be defrosted, just place them directly on the bottom of the pot, cover the lid, plug in the power, and press the "cook" button. I make the dumplings myself and store them in the freezer so I can eat them whenever I want.

  3. When the "cook" button switches to the "keep warm" button, add an appropriate amount of water, and the height of the water should not exceed one-third of the dumplings. Close the lid, plug in the power, and press the "Cook" button. When the "cook" button switches to the "keep warm" button, the dumplings are ready.
