Melt the butter over water and add the sugar until smooth.

Add half of the oil to a mixture of 70g flour and 2g baking soda and mix into a regular dough. Add 70g flour, 2g baking soda and cocoa powder to the other half to make a dough the color of cocoa powder. Wrap it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for half an hour.
