Celery and Shrimp Dumplings

I made this for Father’s Day for my dad who loves dumplings. He happened to be watching football and I was making dumplings~

Chop the meat filling with onion and ginger, about half a pound of meat filling. Add a spoonful of cooking wine and two spoons of light soy sauce to marinate.

Juice celery leaves.

The juice and noodles are always squeezed out, and the color is so good ^_^!

Place the celery on the chopping board and pat it a few times, then chop into fine pieces. Add the meat filling, salt and MSG, a small amount of peanut oil and mix well.

Wrap one with a shrimp and forget to take a picture of the shrimp...
