Wash the chicken breasts, remove excess fat, slice into 2 layers, and cut into strips as thick as your little finger.

Add olive oil, fish sauce, and cracked black pepper to the chicken strips, mix well and marinate for a few minutes.

Line the oven with tin foil, brush with a thin layer of olive oil, then lay the chicken strips out, leaving enough space to avoid sticking.

Preheat the oven, put the baking sheet into the middle layer of the oven, and bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes, until the surface of the chicken turns slightly brown, then take it out, sprinkle with seven-spice powder and mix evenly. Don't take it too long, or it will become too dry to bite.
