Flour, eggs, peanuts, salt and sugar are placed in a basin together

Add water and knead into a dough and let it rise for 30 minutes

Flatten half of the dough

Roll into cake shape and cut into strips

Take a piece of noodles and roll it into a long shape. Twist the strip in the opposite direction

Lift both ends and twist them naturally, then twist the tight end in the opposite direction

Lift both ends, twist them up, and insert one end into the other

Heat the pot with salad oil until it is 30% to 40% hot, add the twists and fry

Fry on low heat for about 5 minutes
