Colorful Potato Heart Toast

I bought delicious toast and made it into a sandwich with purple and sweet potatoes. It’s even more delicious! (^@^)/

Wash purple and sweet potatoes and steam them.

Crush purple potatoes and sweet potatoes into mashed potatoes, add appropriate amount of condensed milk, and mix well.

Take a piece of toast and spread a layer of purple potato puree.

Take another piece of toast bread, put it on the purple potato mashed toast, and spread a layer of sweet potato mashed.

Then put a piece of toast on top, a very thick piece of toast!

Beat an egg, mix well, and coat each side of the large toast with egg liquid.

Open the pan and fry slightly to let the egg liquid on the outside set. I used a non-stick pan, and the toast itself had enough fat, so I didn’t need to add any additional oil.

When fried, fried eggs are a by-product.
