Use a rubber spatula to mix well until the flour and butter are completely combined into a dough.

Make chocolate dough in the same way, (mix cocoa powder and cake flour evenly instead of cake flour).
-
The chocolate dough is ready.
-
Wrap both pieces of dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
-
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a rectangle with a thickness of 1 cm.
-
Apply a thin layer of egg wash on top of the chocolate dough
-
Then cover with another layer and refrigerate for 30 minutes until hard.
-
After the dough is frozen hard, cut it into long strips with a thickness of one centimeter. Brush one of the long strips with egg liquid as an adhesive, and glue the other strip to the long strip brushed with egg liquid. Use cocoa to make it original, and put the two strips crosswise. Then put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
-
Cut the frozen strips into 0.5 cm small biscuits and place them on a baking sheet
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes
