Separate 4 eggs, egg yolks and egg whites, and place each in a dry basin.

Add milk and corn oil to egg yolks and stir to combine.

Sift the mixed egg yolk liquid into the low flour and mix evenly to form an egg yolk paste.

Mix well the egg yolk paste, take out 20 grams and put it in a small bowl.

Add 10 grams of cocoa powder to the large egg yolk batter and stir evenly to form cocoa paste.

Set aside the mixed cocoa paste.

Add white sugar and 3 drops of white vinegar to the egg whites, beat with an electric egg beater until 9 minutes. As shown in the figure

Take about twice as much egg white as the egg yolk paste, add it to the reserved egg yolk paste and mix evenly.

Put the egg yolk paste into a piping bag and set aside.

Then mix the egg whites and cocoa paste and stir evenly.

Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Irregularly trace the giraffe pattern on the white egg yolk paste. (Preheat the oven to 170 degrees in advance)

Place the pattern into the oven and bake at 170 degrees for one minute before taking it out.

Then pour the cocoa paste onto the pattern and smooth it out, shaking it lightly a few times.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Take it out and place it upside down on the baking mesh, and tear off the oil paper while it's hot.
