Pan-fried salmon with green bean sauce
Overview
I bought 400 grams of salmon, half of which was sashimi, and half of which was fried. I specially made green bean sauce to go with it!

I like to rinse the salmon I buy with water

Blot up the water with kitchen towel

Remove the skin from the salmon

Add 2 grams of salt and 2 grams of black pepper and marinate for a while

Add a little butter to the pan and melt

Put the salmon into the pan and fry until it changes color on both sides

Make green bean paste: Put an appropriate amount of green beans into a food processor and blend into a puree. I added an appropriate amount of water and blended together

Pour into a small pot, add appropriate amount of light cream, 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of sugar and 2 grams of black pepper and bring to a boil

Stir while heating until thickened
