Bean dregs meatballs
Overview
It is a pity to throw away the remaining bean dregs after making soy milk and filtering it, but it can be used to make delicious food. This time I fried the meatballs with bean dregs. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My kids loved them.

This is black bean and soybean okara, which is relatively dry.

Chop the onions into small pieces, like dumpling fillings.

Pour the chopped onions into the bean dregs. Also add appropriate amounts of salt and pepper.

Mix well. Add flour. The flour should be adjusted according to the moisture content of the bean dregs. My bean dregs are relatively dry. About 70g of flour is used for 200g of bean dregs, and 1g of baking soda is added.

Heat oil in a wok, and spoon the stirred bean dregs into the oil one by one
