Stir-fried yam with celery and fungus

Soak the black fungus, peel, wash and slice the yam, and cut the celery into small pieces.

Cut the onion into sections, slice the garlic, blanch the yam and fungus in a pot of boiling water and remove. I forgot to take pictures at this step.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped green onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add the celery and stir-fry.

Quickly pour in the yam and fungus and stir-fry evenly, add salt and a little water starch to thicken the gravy.

Remove from pan and plate.
