Leek box

Overview

Every child has a mother's dish in their memory. In my memory, my mother would often make this leek box dish when I was a child. When I was playing with my friends, my mother called me home and took a bite in the aroma of the leek and egg. It left a fragrance on my lips and teeth. It couldn't be more delicious. When I grew up, I didn't often stay by my mother's side. Every time I went home to eat fish and meat, the chance of eating such a leek box became smaller, so I missed it very much. I gave it a try at home~

  1. Mix the flour with water, break the eggs into a bowl and stir, wash the leeks

  2. Cut leeks into small pieces

  3. Pour the egg liquid into the oil pan and fry it into an egg pancake

  4. Cut the egg pancake into small pieces

  5. Mix the leek segments and egg cake, add appropriate amount of salt and oil and mix well

  6. Roll the dough into a round shape, not too thin~

  7. Put the mixed filling into the right half of the skin, not too far to the side

  8. Fold the dough over and press the edges tightly. If the area on the edge is too large, you can use a plate to cut off some of it

  9. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, then put the leek box into the pot and fry until both sides are cooked (my fire was a bit high and it was a bit burnt...)

  10. Plate it and eat it~~ It’s the first time I’ve made it. There are still a lot of shortcomings, but it’s of great significance~
