Stir-fried tofu with chopped pepper and celery
Overview
I wanted to eat pan-fried tofu, but I didn’t go home to eat it after it was fried. It was a little dry after being left out for a day. I happened to have celery at home, so I put it back into the pot with chopped peppers. It was just right to eat with rice.

Cut the celery into thin sections and then cut into inch sections.

Put it into a pot of boiling water and blanch briefly, then let it cool down.

Slice tofu and fry in the pan until both sides are crusty.

Let it sit until it is not hot and cut into vertical strips.

Add chopped peppers to the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add tofu strips.

Stir fry evenly.

Add blanched celery sticks.

Stir well, add salt and chicken essence to taste and serve.
