Overview
Corn braised is simple to make, crispy and delicious. Corn is rich in linoleic acid, which synergizes with the vitamin E in corn germ to lower blood cholesterol levels.

Cook the corn in water.

After cooking, remove and drain.

Coat the corn kernels evenly with corn flour, heat 50% of the oil, put the corn kernels in, and use a spatula to cover the entire bottom of the pot.

Add corn starch to water and stir evenly. Pour water starch into the pot and fry until there is no water.

Pour in and fry for 3 to 5 minutes.

Finally sprinkle with white sugar and cut into pieces.
