Smart food/delicious breakfast toast and cucumber rolls
Overview
Toast bread has always been a very versatile food, whether it is served with sausages, eggs, lettuce, jam or grilled or fried, it is delicious. Today I will make a toast snack that can be used as both breakfast and afternoon tea. The dense toast is wrapped with fragrant cucumber strips, and the crispiness after frying in oil is something you will not understand unless you have tried it. It tastes even better when eaten hot.

Steps
-
Beat the eggs, add appropriate amount of milk and sugar, and stir evenly.
-
Toast bread with sides removed.
-
Use a rolling pin to press the front and back of the bread slices up, down, left and right (if you don't have a rolling pin, just use the back of a knife).
-
Peel the cucumber, cut into pieces as wide as the toast, and then cut into thin strips.
-
Place 3 strips on each piece of toast and roll up the toast. (You have to use a little force, otherwise it will fall apart easily)
-
Coat well with egg wash
-
Put a little oil in the pan, heat it up over high heat, then reduce the heat to low, add the toast rolls, and fry until all sides are golden.
