Wash the pig intestines three or four times with starch and salt.

Cut the mushrooms, shrimps, pork, and sausage into pieces, drain the peanuts, peel them, and fry the mushrooms.

Soak the glutinous rice in water for two to three hours in advance and then dry it out.

Add the above ingredients, salt, chicken essence, pepper, five-spice powder and cooking oil and mix well.
