Spinach and egg soup (weight loss meal)

Recently, my grandma’s enthusiasm for cooking has increased. She has fully tapped the potential of supermarkets and made use of existing conditions to make traditional delicacies from her hometown. Many of them are memories of the same year in my family. I haven’t eaten them in many years. As you know, I have a great need to lose weight. Today I made a diet dish, spinach and egg soup. Of course, eating this only once a day will have the effect of losing weight. If it is paired with any staple food made by grandma, it will be in vain. Losing weight has never been a simple matter.

Main ingredients, spinach and eggs. My eggs are small and taste great.

Add appropriate amount of water and a small spoonful of salt to the pot. Bring to a boil.

After the water boils, blanch the spinach for a while.

After blanching, wash it twice in cold water to remove the astringency. I am particularly sensitive to the astringency of spinach and this step is essential.

Add a little oil to the wok, crack in the eggs and fry them. After the eggs are solidified, add an appropriate amount of boiling water.

Add blanched spinach and cook.

After the water boils, cook for another 3-5 minutes and add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and pepper to taste.

Take it out of the pot and put it into a bowl, it's delicious.
