【Teriyaki chicken legs】
Overview
I tried a new bottle of lightly salted soy sauce a few days ago. It is said that the salt content of ordinary soy sauce is much lower. When cooking, I used the usual amount. After I tasted it, the taste was still as good, and there was no change due to the reduced salt content. Well, I recommended that my mother use soy sauce instead of this one. The dish I tried at the time was teriyaki chicken legs. It was super simple to make, but the taste was great. Ingredients: Ingredients: 2 whole chicken legs Marinade sauce: 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp cooking wine, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Seasoning sauce: 3 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp allspice
