Ham lace bread
Overview
The sun was just right on the weekend, so I used my free time to make such a ham lace bread that looks good and is rich in ingredients. I ate one as soon as it was baked and it was really delicious.

Steps
-
Put the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket in order of liquid first and then powder. Start the kneading program for 15 minutes.
-
When the dough is smooth, add the butter cut into small pieces and continue kneading for 15 minutes.
-
Let the kneaded dough rise until doubled in size.
-
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Relax for 5 minutes.
-
Roll out the dough until it looks like beef tongue. The length can be slightly longer than the length of ham sausage.
-
Then add ham sausage.
-
Then wrap the ham sausage and tighten the mouth. Seal side down.
-
Use a sharp knife to make even cuts on the surface of the dough. When cutting, you need to cut off the ham sausage, but do not cut off the bottom of the dough.
-
Arrange the dough so that one section faces left and one section faces right.
-
The dough then rises until doubled in size.
-
Brush with a layer of egg wash. Then sprinkle with corn kernels and cheese. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 18 minutes. After the bread is colored, you can put a layer of tin foil on top to prevent the bread from coloring too darkly.

Delicious ham lace bread is ready.
