Ingredients: 250ml light cream, 200g milk, 70g + 30g sugar, 300g mango puree, 3 egg yolks

Pour egg yolks, 70 grams of sugar, and milk into a milk pot

After stirring evenly, heat over low heat without boiling

Simmer until it becomes a thick paste, turn off the heat and let cool for later use

Peel, core and cut the mango into small pieces

Use a food processor to make a smooth puree

Take 300 grams and add it into the egg yolk paste in batches
