Pot stickers with celery and meat stuffing
Overview
My son has already eaten dumplings several times since he came back, so he wanted to change the style. It is still the same method of making dumplings, but with a different shape. So changing the style often can increase people's appetite.

Blanch celery cut into inch-long pieces

Remove from cold water and chop into pieces

Chop green onion and ginger

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil, and pepper to the minced meat, mix well, then add minced onion and ginger

Add chopped celery and stir well

Roll out the risen dough into a dumpling wrapper, fill it with celery and meat filling, and only pinch the middle part tightly

Make all the fillings in sequence

Pour a little oil into a non-stick pan and place the dumpling embryos

When the bottom of the frying is slightly brown, pour in flour water (10g flour plus 150g water), cover and fry slowly over low heat

When the water has basically evaporated, the fried dumplings will be cooked
