Pan-fried salmon with seasonal vegetables
Overview
There was a bag of frozen salmon in the refrigerator that was a bit old, so I fried it and ate it!

Thaw salmon in advance

Remove the fish fillets, wash and cut into small pieces, and drain the water with kitchen paper towels

Add salt, black pepper and lemon juice and marinate for a while

Add a little olive oil to the pan and fry the salmon

Fry until browned and serve

Purple carrot slices

Wash and cut green pepper into rings
