The mangoes I bought online had black spots on the skin before they softened, so I decided to make some jam with them!

  1. Peel mango

  2. Cut the meat into small pieces

  6. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon

  8. Cover the bread machine barrel with a piece of tin foil because juice will splash out when mixing

  9. Choose the fancy jam menu and it will take 1 hour and 20 minutes

  11. Rinse the jam jar with boiling water and wipe dry
