Mango Jam
Overview
The mangoes I bought online had black spots on the skin before they softened, so I decided to make some jam with them!

Peel mango

Cut the meat into small pieces

Put the mango pulp into the cup

Puree with an electric mixer

Pour the puree into the bread machine bucket

Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon

Add appropriate amount of sugar

Cover the bread machine barrel with a piece of tin foil because juice will splash out when mixing

Choose the fancy jam menu and it will take 1 hour and 20 minutes

Time is up, the jam is finished

Rinse the jam jar with boiling water and wipe dry

After the jam is no longer hot, put it into a bottle, let it cool completely and store it in the refrigerator
