Cold Braised Pork Skin
Overview
I bought a lot of meat skin to make the braised meat rolls. After wrapping the meat rolls, there was some meat skin left, and I put it directly into the braised meat rolls and marinated it. I was afraid of getting tired of eating it directly, so I mixed it with cold water, which made it taste much more refreshing.
