  1. Take the dough ⇨ Add yeast and sugar and mix evenly ⇨ Prepare warm water and sprinkle it on the back of your hand so that the water can flow evenly onto the white surface so that the dough can be kneaded better (as shown in the picture).

  2. Cover the kneaded dough and start to rise. Ps:) The baking time depends on the surrounding temperature. Usually, in winter, it is about 3-4 hours; in summer, it is about 2-2.5 hours.

  3. After it rises, add soda (definitely a little) to make the dough fluffier and softer.

  4. Divide into half and flatten, add oil and salt.

  5. Sprinkle some more pudou (from my hometown, it will enhance the flavor and make it more flavorful. If not, you don’t need to put it in).

  6. Roll the dough as shown in the picture and cut to appropriate size.
