Overview

During the National Day, I don’t have to go out and get stuck. I spend another day making some snacks at home. Children can use their hands and have delicious food. It’s fun to be at home during the holiday!

Steps

  1. Mix the cut cucumber strips with salt, vinegar and sugar for ten minutes. Add two eggs, some cooking wine and salt and fry them into pancakes. Cut them into strips and fry the ham until golden brown.

  2. Spread cooked rice on the seaweed, top with ham sausage, egg strips, and cucumber.

  3. Roll up the roll and press gently to firm it up.

  4. Cut and ready to eat.
