Sweet Potato Meatballs
Overview
I just remembered the sweet potatoes I bought a few days ago. I put them in a convenience bag and it was warm at home. When I took them out, they were a bit spoiled. I thought I might as well peel them and fry the sweet potato balls. I happened to have bread crumbs at home, which I could use. The fried potatoes were really good. They were golden in color, burnt on the outside, and glutinous on the inside. They were very delicious. I will soon eat them as snacks. Haha, I will make more next time
