A light and non-greasy soup, the spinach is grown by my mother-in-law, the meatballs are handmade with local pork, pure green organic dishes

Wash and cut spinach into segments

Thaw the meatballs and rinse them with water

Boil water in a pot, add spinach and blanch it. This will remove 80% of the oxalic acid in the spinach

Add additional water to the pot, pour in the meatballs, cook until the meatballs float, add spinach and wolfberry, bring to a boil again, add cooking wine, salt, and a little light soy sauce to taste
