Whip the cream until it has peaks when you lift the whisk.

Add a few drops of vanilla extract to the milk and mix well.

Put the soaked gelatine slices in, melt over hot water, and stir.

Pour the cooled liquid stirred in step 3 into the cream and stir evenly.

Pour it into the mold and freeze it in the refrigerator for 2 hours (it’s best to freeze it for more than 3 hours. I’m a quick-tempered person and I’m anxious to taste it, so I took it out in advance haha😄).

I hurriedly took it out after freezing it for two hours. It wasn't that good after being frozen. It was already ugly, and I violently removed it from the mold, which made it even uglier, but the taste was still good.
