In the morning, I saw a handful of green spinach in the vegetables I bought. Oh, it’s so good. I just made honey red beans in the refrigerator last night... I like the colors from nature the most... I originally wanted to roll them with cream, but my husband said that as long as there is cream, he won’t eat it. So, let’s have a vegetarian version^

  7. Put the egg whites into an oil-free and water-free basin, add a little salt, a few drops of white vinegar, stir, add 40G white sugar in 3 times and beat until wet foam

  13. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven on the middle rack for 20 minutes
