Overview

I don’t want to eat more to lose weight in summer, but I feel hungry even if I don’t eat. I can eat more vegetables and less staple food when making a stew without adding meat. I hope it will help to lose weight.

  1. Wash the dishes and set aside.

  2. Heat oil, add pepper, garlic, ginger, and boil.

  3. Add eggplant and green pepper and stir-fry until coated with oil.

  4. After frying the green pepper and eggplant for a while, add a small amount of soy sauce and then add water.

  5. Add water and bring to a boil, add potatoes and carrots and bring to a simmer over high heat, then reduce to low heat.
