Overview
I don’t want to eat more to lose weight in summer, but I feel hungry even if I don’t eat. I can eat more vegetables and less staple food when making a stew without adding meat. I hope it will help to lose weight.

Wash the dishes and set aside.

Heat oil, add pepper, garlic, ginger, and boil.

Add eggplant and green pepper and stir-fry until coated with oil.

After frying the green pepper and eggplant for a while, add a small amount of soy sauce and then add water.

Add water and bring to a boil, add potatoes and carrots and bring to a simmer over high heat, then reduce to low heat.

After simmering for about five minutes, add salt.

Bring the soup to a boil over high heat and serve.
