Yam and Shrimp Pancakes
Overview
The yam is ground into a puree and mixed with fresh shrimps, red onions and minced meat. Mixed with flour and fried until golden brown. The outer layer is crispy and the inner filling is salty and fragrant. Both adults and children like it.
