Steps
-
Dice red dates
-
Pour milk and red dates into a blender and blend into puree
-
Crack the eggs into the basin
-
Using an electric beater, beat the eggs until they are doubled in size and have small fish-eye bubbles in the white color (this step depends on whether the jujube cake has risen or not after it is ready)
-
Sift together the flour and baking powder into the egg liquid and stir until there is no powder (do not make circles, as it is easy to form gluten)
-
Pour red dates, oil, and brown sugar into the egg liquid and stir without making circles
-
After mixing, pour it into a container and sprinkle sesame seeds on the surface (I used an 8-inch one)
-
Bake the middle shelf of the oven at 140 degrees for 40 minutes. Observe the color. If the color is dark, cover it with two layers of tin foil. If the color is light after baking, you can add 5 minutes at 145 degrees
-
Keep an eye on it while baking, and let it cool before removing from the mold!
