Scrambled eggs with loofah

Summer is a good time to eat loofah, so you might as well eat more during this season. Luffa is delicious no matter how it is cooked in soup, stir-fried or steamed. Peel, wash and slice the loofah, crack the duck eggs into a bowl and add some salt to break them up, mince the garlic

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the duck eggs until cooked.
