I was very lucky to have the opportunity to try the Kewpie series again, this time making black pepper beef patties.

Chop the beef into small pieces.

Chop the carrots.

Mix the beef filling and carrots, add light soy sauce, oil, salt and ginger powder, mix and stir evenly.

Shape the mixed beef filling into a patty. Add oil to the pan, add beef patties, and fry on both sides.

Prepare Kewpie's Black Pepper Salad Dressing.

Wash the lettuce and cut into shreds. Plate the beef patties and top with black pepper salsa.
