Pearl milk tea--Sago version
Overview
Pearl milk tea (Bubbletea), referred to as pearl milk, is a tea drink popular in Taiwan. After adding powder balls to the milk tea, it becomes pearl milk tea. However, some cheap raw materials for pearl milk tea contain harmful chemicals. Some pearl milk teas with full color, flavor and flavor are actually just blended with several powders. Chemicals such as creamer, plastic, Glauber's salt and industrial magnesium chloride are actually the main raw materials of some pearl milk teas. Therefore, although the milk tea we make at home using simple ingredients does not taste as good as the takeaway, we can make it ourselves with peace of mind and our family can drink it with peace of mind!

Bring water to a boil in a non-stick pot and add sago
