Kimchi Fried Rice
Overview
I usually like to eat Korean kimchi fried rice and bibimbap. Today I just made use of ready-made materials and combined the two, frying and mixing, okay:)

Prepare ingredients, mainly leftover rice and kimchi, other side dishes can be random

Fry the eggs until soft

Add rice and fry

Add appropriate amount of Korean kimchi and stir-fry. You can also mix kimchi directly, just like bibimbap. However, I think it tastes better if fried.

Finally, add cucumber shreds and soft-boiled fried eggs. This is how to eat bibimbap.
