Sure enough applesauce

Overview

With the belief that "an apple a day will keep the doctor away", I would often happily carry a bag of apples home from the market, but... it would just sit there, there, there, in the refrigerator... and eventually go into the trash can... Wasting food is a lightning strike! ! ! So I make applesauce, haha, I won’t have to buy jam when I eat square buns in the future. Homemade ones are more delicious than those bought in the market. I tried it, sure!

Steps

  1. Group photo of materials

  2. Chop the apples, add a little salt and mix well

  3. Rub the lemon for a few times until it becomes soft, cut it and squeeze out the juice, set aside

  4. Boil rock sugar, apples, and a bowl of water in a non-stick pan. I used rock sugar, maybe because Chinese medicine has said that rock sugar and tablet sugar are better than granulated sugar. So when I make food for my son, I don’t use sugar. This is personal preference. The dosage is like an apple.

  5. When it's almost cooked, add lemon juice and fruit rolls

  6. Stir fry constantly

  7. Finally, put it into a water-free and oil-free container, cover it and put it in the refrigerator when it cools down.
