Sure enough applesauce
Overview
With the belief that "an apple a day will keep the doctor away", I would often happily carry a bag of apples home from the market, but... it would just sit there, there, there, in the refrigerator... and eventually go into the trash can... Wasting food is a lightning strike! ! ! So I make applesauce, haha, I won’t have to buy jam when I eat square buns in the future. Homemade ones are more delicious than those bought in the market. I tried it, sure!

-
Chop the apples, add a little salt and mix well
-
Rub the lemon for a few times until it becomes soft, cut it and squeeze out the juice, set aside
-
Boil rock sugar, apples, and a bowl of water in a non-stick pan. I used rock sugar, maybe because Chinese medicine has said that rock sugar and tablet sugar are better than granulated sugar. So when I make food for my son, I don’t use sugar. This is personal preference. The dosage is like an apple.

When it's almost cooked, add lemon juice and fruit rolls
-
Stir fry constantly
-
Finally, put it into a water-free and oil-free container, cover it and put it in the refrigerator when it cools down.
