Binghua Fried Dumplings
Overview
What to do with the dumplings you can’t finish in one meal? Put it in the refrigerator? The next time you cook it, either the skin won't cook through the heart easily, or it will leak out. Used to make pot stickers, it’s great when fried. The dumplings are not the focus, the focus is the ice flowers.
