Stir-fried kohlrabi with hot pepper
Overview
Kohlrabi, also called kohlrabi pimples, is an ingredient for pickles in autumn and has a crisp and tender texture. Today I used it to stir-fry with hot peppers. I mainly wanted to taste the flavor of the kohlrabi after it is cooked. Very tasty, light and crispy.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: kohlrabi knot, hot pepper

Wash and peel the kohlrabi pimples.

Cut the kohlrabi knots and pepper into strips.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions.

Add the kohlrabi pimple shreds. Add a little water and stir-fry repeatedly.

Add salt to taste.

Add hot pepper. Stir-fry evenly until the peppers collapse and add MSG to enhance the freshness. Then turn off the heat.

Remove from pan, plate, and serve.
