Overview

Kohlrabi, also called kohlrabi pimples, is an ingredient for pickles in autumn and has a crisp and tender texture. Today I used it to stir-fry with hot peppers. I mainly wanted to taste the flavor of the kohlrabi after it is cooked. Very tasty, light and crispy.

  2. Wash and peel the kohlrabi pimples.

  3. Cut the kohlrabi knots and pepper into strips.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions.

  5. Add the kohlrabi pimple shreds. Add a little water and stir-fry repeatedly.

  6. Add salt to taste.

  7. Add hot pepper. Stir-fry evenly until the peppers collapse and add MSG to enhance the freshness. Then turn off the heat.
