Old Jiaodong flavor--fried noodles
Overview
I remember that when I was a child, I especially loved eating the fried noodles made by my grandma. It was so delicious. I’m always disappointed when the food I buy in the supermarket doesn’t taste like my childhood! I went abroad and talked to my mother about this. Mom said, what are you eating this for? It was when you were poor in your old life and had nothing to eat, so you would just take flour, oil, sugar, fry it in a pot, and soak it in boiling water to eat! Hey! This sentence stuck with me, so we started doing it on our own, and it turned out to be a success! I admire myself so much! I was worried that it wouldn't be fragrant, so I added sesame oil and it tasted even better!
