Soften butter, beat until smooth, add sugar, continue beating until butter is smooth and slightly enlarged.

Add eggs and beat until fully combined.

Add salt and corn oil and beat thoroughly. The butter should be fluffy and white in color.

Sift in the low-gluten flour, use a spatula to stir into a dough, put it into a cookie tube, place absorbent paper on the baking sheet, and squeeze the cookies into flowers on the absorbent paper. Add cranberries to the batter, or place an almond or cashew nut on top of the squeezed cookie for an extra kick.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes. You can adjust the baking time and temperature according to your own oven.
