Cut half of the pineapple into small pieces and soak in salt water for fifteen minutes. Remove and drain.

A little yellow pepper and red pepper, also cut into small pieces.

Beat the eggs and put some starch in another bowl.

Cut the meat into small pieces, don't cut it too big, otherwise it won't be fried properly.

Add salt, soy sauce and ginger slices to marinate for ten minutes, then pour in some egg liquid.

Pour one spoon of light soy sauce, two spoons of white sugar, two spoons of tomato sauce, three spoons of aged vinegar and two spoons of vinegar into a bowl and mix well.

Put the marinated meat cubes into the starch so that the surface of the meat is thickly coated with starch.

Put the meat cubes into a milk pot and fry, you can fry in small portions multiple times until golden brown.
